The Fiesta is back - and we’re turning the volume UP! 
After an incredible first year, we’re building something even bigger for 2026: more runners, more entertainment, more community involvement, and a finish-line celebration. If you thought last year was fun, just wait.

Run through the heart of Albuquerque, like Downtown, Route 66, surrounded by Rio Grande Trails, vibrant culture in Old Town, and the unmistakable spirit of New Mexico in the North Valley. Whether you’re chasing a PR (extremely flat course), crossing your very first finish line, or turning this into an annual tradition with friends and family, you belong at the Fiesta. We are also very friendly to first timers.,

All races are professionally timed, filled with music, cheer squads, photo moments, and fiesta energy from start to finish.

Proudly built by the local community, for the local community, the Albuquerque Running Fiesta supports youth programs through the Mile Adoption Program, supports non-profits, highlights local businesses, and showcases the city we love.
